Every shipment booked through JetSend carries 500 EUR of base insurance at no extra cost. File a claim through Shipment Manager - Report issue within 7 calendar days of the delivery attempt and include:
- Photos of the outer packaging (all six sides, including damage).
- A photo of the damaged contents next to the shipping label.
- The original purchase invoice or declared-value proof.
We pre-file the claim with the carrier on your behalf. Verified claims are paid back as account credit within 10 business days, or bank-refunded on request.
