How do my customers start a return without contacting me first?

When the Returns Portal is enabled we generate a per-shop URL like returns.jetsend.example/your-shop. Customers enter their order number and email, pick the items they want to return, and receive a pre-paid label by email - all within 60 seconds, zero tickets for you.
